For a token to exist, there must be a reason to have and/or use it. Radical Chess has developed the CHESS token with sustainability in mind. From staking rewards to purchase of NFTs, the CHESS token is at the center of every transaction in the Radical Chess universe. It’s the fuel of our ecosystem.

• CHESS will be used as the main currency in the NFT marketplace.

• CHESS can be staked to generate passive income.

• CHESS will be used on the coaching platform as the only means to transact.

• CHESS can be used to get entries to tournaments.

• CHESS will be used as the only means of payment for users who want to add their own custom models.

In addition to chess enthusiasts, we anticipate the play-to-earn aspect of our metaverse will drive a lot of interest, considering the current market attention to GameFi. Since the CHESS token is integral to taking advantage of P2E on the Radical Chess platform, demand for the token should only increase as community members increase.

Simply put, you can’t enjoy and benefit from the Radical Chess platform without the CHESS token. Moreover, the project’s success is tied to the token’s success. While we can’t speculate on price, we can say that token utility works in a way that transaction volume will increase as community members increase.

For example, Chess.com currently has 3.1 million active users, according to third-party research and forums.²⁶ If Radical Chess is able to get ⅓ the amount of daily users Chess.com has, that will be around 1 million community members using the CHESS token regularly. Think about how that should support the strength of the CHESS tokens.
